When I want to do a period update, when no employees are processed (no one worked the period), I get the following declined message?

RECORD FOR SUFFICIENT USER RIGHTS FOR THIS FUNCTION COULD NOT BE FOUND, Without the necessary user-rights, this function will now exit, Please ask your system or payroll administrator for more information

For integrity, period-updates without user processing is now allowed under the normal user rights,

Please follow the next steps to add additional rights to a user profile:

To adjust the user effective rights for a specific function or category in the payroll system, do the following:

1. Go to Edit, Organisation Details
2. Click on NEXT, NEXT .. until the USER ADMINISTRATION window
3. Add a new user account, or double click the account for which you want to change the effective rights
4. Click the EFFECTIVE RIGHTS button
5. Select the MODULE, for example: GLOBAL
6. Select the Policy Rights, example: ALLOW ALL
7. Click on UPDATE

* "ALLOW ALL" rights will now be assigned to all categories and functions globally in the payroll system, for this user

8. Click on OK, then NEXT, NEXT ... and FINISH to exit the wizard.
